REGISTRATION FOR 2012 SPRING BALL IS NOW CLOSED.
Registration for the Crown Point Girls Softball League will take place during
the months of December, January, February and March, and is open to girls in Crown Point, Winfield,
Merrillville and surrounding communities. The following types of registration are available
for your convenience this season:

NEW! Early registration for combined hitting camp and spring ball registration

discounted pricing through December 18, 2011

Mail-in
registration which must be RECEIVED by us no later than March 19, 2012

Fees are listed below. Registrations after the last traditional registration date
of February 19 must be completed online or by mail. All registrations after March 1 will incur a late registration fee of $25.00.
HITTING CAMP + MEMBERSHIP FEES - December 6 through December 18 ONLY
Membership fees for the CPGSL is based upon the number of players registering from a single family. TO ENCOURAGE EARLY REGISTRATION, A $20.00 REGISTRATION DISCOUNT PER FAMILY + $10.00 HITTING CAMP DISCOUNT PER PLAYER WILL
BE APPLIED TO YOUR TOTAL FEE IF YOUR REGISTRATION IS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO OR ON DECEMBER 18.

TRADITIONAL REGISTRATION
Registration for the upcoming season will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 12 & February 19, 2012 at Taft Middle School, Crown Point. To save
time, please download and fill out your registration form (at right) before coming.
REGISTRATION BY MAIL
If you miss the traditional registration date and you don't wish to pay online,
you can submit your registration by mail. YOUR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY MARCH 19, 2012, TO BE VALID. Download the Spring Registration form, print and send the completed form and your payment to:
